"It's official! I won the Production Division in the World Steel Challenge with a time of 92.78 seconds. Last years winning time was 94+ seconds. I am very happy considering my very hectic schedule lately. Thanks to Ghost Holster, Caracal, Archoil, Armscor Ammunition, LimCat Customs and Magnus Sports for all the support!" - Simon "JJ" Racaza

At the age of 30, all his hard work is starting to pay off.  He will lead the US Gold Team to the 2011 World Shooting Championships as the #1 qualifier. With a full-time job as a federal agent/trainer, for the Department of Homeland Security, “JJ” manages to successfully juggle both his full-time job and compete at the pro-level. He is consistently one of the top contenders if not the top competitor in any match he enters.  A force to be reckoned with, it was noted on itstactical.com, “Unless you are talking about a Hi-Point or a Lorcin the gun you have will most definitely shoot better than 90 percent of the people holding it. This is a fact that can be proven time and time again. Good ammo and a brand name gun will be a better shooting package than most of us out there can use unless your name is JJ Racaza.

Fastest Shooter in the World

Mr. Tim,

Hey man, long time no talk! :-) anyway, I wanted to let you know that I have been a bit busy competing lately and going around teaching. I actually recently won the World Speed Shooting Title in the production division. I may be the first one to have won all 3 divisions. And I have to tell you that I had an interesting use of the ArchOil during that match.

Here's a quick story, the ammunition I used for the match ended up being a bit long and during the practice sessions I started to have feeding issues. It took me a while to figure out the cause but after some tinkering I realized that the ammo was just a little longer than it normally is or longer than my gun likes it.

It was too late for me to get any ammo loaded up for the match, so I decided to douse a piece of cloth with the 4400 and make sure whatever round I was loadin into my gun got a good coating. I used to do this with silicone wipes but I didn't have any during this match. Not knowing the effects this was gonna have with my bullets or primers, I took a chance and decided to go with it. Low and behold the gun started to work flawlessly! Sometimes I could feel that it almost would get stuck but never would!

Anyway, I just want to thank you and as unorthodox as the way to use this oil the way I did, it worked for me and it was what I just needed! It allowed me to win by a decent margin. A lot of it had to do with the confidence that I knew my gun was not gonna malfunction during a run.

Anyway, I am waiting on word r email back from Armscor and also I have introduced the product to Magnus. Magnus' owner is a good friend of mine and I saw that e carries and distributes a few oil companies currently. So I decided to leave him one of my smaller ones for him to test out.

Anyway, I hope to hear back from a few of them soon. As for the online, I am almost done negotiating with other brands and products to start selling there full time. Thanks for the help and I hope all is well with you.

Take care and be safe.

Regards,

JJ

Here's another email from JJ

Hey Guys,
I just want to thank you for the products sent. My gosh, I am now very excited to use the combinations starting from cleaning my gun and how to put it all together. I know the oil I have is already working very well by itself, so I can only imagine how this would work when its used all together. Just a secret, I hate hate hate, cleaning my guns... This oil makes it so easy for me, because for one it keeps it very clean and, like I said at Shot Show, it even keeps it feel "fresh" even after 2000 rounds through my factory Caracal! What I forgot to mention before was that I've also used my fully customized Limcat racegun and shot it over 1000 rounds without cleaning it and the gun had some black powder burns around it, but no gunk!

Hi Tim, Dave and Rick,
JJ Racaza was on the first season of Top Shot, is a Grand Master USPSA shooter and is the one I told you that he was looking for a new lube.  This was his message to me on Facebook today:
Hey Mike! Whats up? Sorry I missed this message. I dont get to check it much. The Achoils are amazing by the way. I love the one with the nano tech on it. They leave a slick feel to the gun. Maybe one day I can sell them on my site once I decide to start selling things.
Thanks!

I have done my due diligence man and I truly believe that its Archoil that will help me perform to that next level and a product that I can stand behind 100%. I have tested several oil companies and this was the one that stood out to me on both its function and performance. I loved the way my guns stayed clean and smooth even after a couple thousand rounds. I'm sure these are results that you guys already knew and I probably sound like a parrot. But I am just a bit excited, like I always do when a new company puts out a superior product. Thank you again! - "JJ"

Hi Rick and David,
You guys are on top of this quickly....I appreciate that.  Been shooting for 50 years.  Last 20+ yrs in USPSA, 3 gun & Steel Challenge.  I have tried every cleaner & gun oil on the market.  Many of them do fine...however, my guns have never been so clean even after shooting 3 to 4 hundred rounds as they have been with your product.

USPSA I shoot 38 Super & Single Stack 45. The SS 45 I shoot lead due to cost & its filthy after a couple of hundred rounds.  I shoot allot of 22 in Steel Challenge & as you know, 22's gunk up the works quickly.  Taking apart a Ruger or Buckmark pistol is not easy, but in order for it to work every time it is imperative that you keep it clean. I was astonished at how little gunk had built up in all of my guns after using your product.

I have given some to other shooters praising the benefits of this product.  Many just say they're happy with what they've been using. Some of the more serious & active shooters (2 to 3 matches per week plus practice) are always looking for a better 'Mouse Trap.'  My velocities did increase approximately 5 to 7% immediately after application...not that important to me....each gun seems to function smoother & more reliable....that's critical.

I think you guys are on to something really good here….

Thanks again,

Brian J.

"Mike. Your stuff blows away frog lube. Had two very dirty glocks. Used frog on one and your on the other. Not even close. I mean frog is ok, but your is much better and a lot less in cost. Thanks again!" - Rick Cote

"I have never gone a full season without one single hiccup in the guns..." - Mike Masselli (Professional Shooter)

Mike Masselli Shooting

Hi Tim, Dave,

Attended a match today in Monson, MA, there were three new shooters in our squad that were college students. Two of them formed a shooting club of over 200 members at of all place UMASS at Amherst.  Both of them were having gun problems, one with a Glock, other with a Smith & Wesson M&P, failures to feed, ejection issues, just massive problems on their first two stages.  I brought them both over to the safe area, took their gun down and applied AR4200.  I wasn't sure if they had ammo or magazine issues, but figured we'd try this first. Low and Behold, both of them had flawless final 3 stages with no problems at all!

Awesome. I have to report that in all my years of shooting, I have never gone a full season without one single hiccup in the guns (pistols, rifle or shotgun).

"The AR4200 clearly prevented what I consider normal deposits from accumulating within each models actions, and maintained a clean bore!" - Dean

Hi David,
Here’s the latest results using the AR4200 & AR4400. I’ve used the R products for years so I cleaned the Glock 23 & Colt 1911 as usual, fired 100 rounds from each, then cleaned with the Arch oil products. Again, I fired 100 from each, and observed the residue.  In short, I’m very pleased with the results!

The AR4200 clearly prevented what I consider normal deposits from accumulating within each models actions, and maintained a clean bore! Wow…did not know the new formulations were so far superior!?!

The AR4400 is another pleasant surprise, as both models felt better so how? I have meticulously detailed my G23 and C1911 for smooth performance, and yet the Archoil products improved everything about their functions.

Your new products are very impressive and deliver far more than what most would expect from current gun industry lubricates. Congratulations and thanks for offering superior lubrication products for so many uses.

Best Regards,
Dean

"My first shot let off a lot of smoke out of the barrel. I shot my alibis. I shot the last round of the match (10 shots) without a jam." - JoJo

Hi Guys,

I was telling you a story last time I was there about my Ruger stainless steel jamming during a bulls-eye match. It jammed twice on the second part of the match.

I took the bottle of AR4200 and went to put a little on but being in a hurry I put a lot on.

My first shot let off a lot of smoke out of the barrel. I shot my alibis. I shot the last round of the match (10 shots) without a jam.

But here are some of the pictures of the gun and how dirty it was. And remember I was telling you the the oil does not allow stuff to sick to it? Well the pictures of the slide you can see where the oil got in well how it just pooled up.

Also while cleaning this there was no scraping I pretty much wiped everything or used the brush to clean it. Nothing was stuck or burned into the gun.

Notice the trigger part it did not get much oil. Lead just stuck to it. But there was a light coat of oil on it from when ever I last cleaned it. It too cleaned very easy.

I think we can agree that the gun was pretty dirty. The picture of the rag is the first one I put down the barrel. One would think that the gun being that dirty there would be a lot more lead in the barrel. But it was pretty clean looking too.

I have not found a way to get a picture of the inside of the barrel. Just thought you would like to see it.

"At the range we fire more effectively, less maintenance, less jamming in a dirt environment. Cleaning time afterwards back at the base has gone down approximately 50%." - Aruba (Alexander Head of Coastguard)

Every 5 months or so 1 glock 17 would have to be discarded due to rust or mechanical failures using Break Free. Since using the AR4200 lost none whatsoever.

Our .50 on the cutter which had a really big corrosion problem practically only needs to be hosed off. That's what the guys do with their glocks and SIG Commando 552 (5.56) after returning from patrols with our 12 meter rhibs. Once every 3 days they do maintenance instead of every day!

Many more on record.

"Since returning from that match, I used the Archoil products to clean and lubricate my competition rifle, shotgun, and 2 pistols, and the unbelievable results have earned Archoil a permanent place in my range bag!" - Jamie Franks (Professional Marksman / Top Shot All-Stars)

Hi Mike,

I recently competed in the 2013 USPSA Multi-Gun Nationals in Las Vegas, Nevada. As I was packing my gear, and loading up my truck for the long week of intense shooting, as a last-minute thought I threw the 2 little samplers of Archoil Lubricant and CLP into my bag.

My competition rifle is a slightly customized Gen-II Noveske Rifleworks 18" 'Rogue Hunter" SPR. I have been running this rifle *HARD* for over 2 years. This rifle has literally never had 1 single malfunction. Not one single malfunction of any kind EVER. The extreme dependability of this rifle lulled me into an unrealistic sense of security that it would never malfunction. So it wasn't until the rifle had its first malfunction ever half-way through the 4-day match, that it dawned on me that it had probably been nearly 2000 rounds, and probably 8 matches since it's last cleaning.

Enter Archoil... I cleared the malfunction and finished the stage, but I did not have time to do a thorough break-down and cleaning of the rifle in the middle of the match, in the middle of the range that is in the middle of the hot Nevada desert. I took my rifle over to the 'Safe Area', removed and disassembled the BCG. I squirted a small amount of the Archoil CLP into the palm of my hand and rubbed the individual BCG components with it. This turned my hands as black as coal. I put a few drops of the Archoil lubricant into the upper receiver and chamber lugs of the rifle, reassembled and functioned-checked the rifle.

With no further maintenance or cleaning of the rifle, it functioned flawlessly for the 2nd half of the match. The crude field-expedient application of a small amount of the Archoil restored the superior performance and dependability of my severely neglected and dirty competition rifle.

Since returning from that match, I used the Archoil products to clean and lubricate my competition rifle, shotgun, and 2 pistols, and the unbelievable results have earned Archoil a permanent place in my range bag!
